General Summary

Manage and execution delivery schedules for finished goods and spare part. Coordinates activities involved with shipping finished goods and spare parts, establishing delivery schedule and shipping method, executing inventory count for warehouse, managing on-time delivery.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities (essential Functions)

• Establishing delivery schedule meet shipping dates according to customer orders.
• To minimize logistics cost, analyzing the size and shape of the product and determine the efficient and safest shipping method.
• Determining packaging method for preventing damage in transit.
• Preparing shipping documents. These documents include invoice, packing detail and a certificate of origin.
• Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Managing On-time delivery data.
• Executing improvement project for reducing logistics and packaging cost.
• Input inbound & outbound records into ERP and MES.
• Ensuring accuracy inventory of finished goods.
• Conducting the cycle count & physical inventory count

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Forklift operating skill (1.5ton or 2.5ton electric forklift)
• Knowledge of logistics, shipment, packaging material receiving/release and inventory management.
• Communication skill to discuss delivery schedule with customer service, agency and logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS or SAP is a plus
• Materials Management or Warehouse, shipment or related field experience maximum 5 years in relevant work experience
