작업 내용The primary function of the role is to lead Country Growth Initiative focusing on Chemical market for FTAP Korea Business Unit. This role is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. - Brand visibility enhancement, create growth opportunities through Key Account Management (KAM) & Corporate Connects for Green Energy:
- Conduct in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis and product positioning;
- Help develop sales tools; develop content for product and company collateral; identify and analyze market and implement commercial strategies and core promotional support programs;
- Support market research programs for the creation and evaluation of marketing strategies; conduct intelligence gathering to assess competition and alternative solutions along with Team
- Support global strategy, messaging and material development in Korean through coordinating with global marketing teams.
- Spearhead Clean Energy HQ Connect & KAM initiatives leading to demand generation and revenue growth
- Support Key Accounts Program - a portfolio of key accounts and the key account planning process:
- develop and manage customer with TCO; develop innovative commercial programs and build event campaigns along with Marketing, STS & Services to penetrate in KAM/SAM.
- Work & support team on “New Customer Buying Journey” in Auto & PM Markets.
- Enhancing Visibility
- Identify & update relevant missing customer information to leadership
- Develop marketing strategies and effectively develop, manage and execute an integrated country driven growth plan aligned to business objectives. To protect Runrate -60% & also expand Growth -40%
- Strong focus on ROI from Chemical customers in Daesan area.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in any engineering, business or marketing)
- Min 5 years’ experience in sales focusing on chemicals or Refinery market
- Experience in creating and implementing GTM & Key Account Management (KAM)/Sales Account Management (SAM) and plans, with hard metrics to track activity and results
- Good communication in both English and Korean
