Keywords Player Support is a fast-growing service line of the Keywords Studios company that offers customer service positions in the exciting gaming industry!

Pioneers & Leaders for over 20 years, we have been the premier international provider of services for companies that publish and develop MMOs, virtual worlds, social games, casual games, mobile games and transmedia content. We also provide services to online payment and virtual goods providers.

We are looking for Customer Support Agents with excellent English skills ready to join our growing team to work remotely, from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide superb Customer Support to customers for related queries they may have. Along with the regular queries, the support may include potentially disturbing content that is intended for an adult audience.
  • Use your investigator skills and troubleshoot customer’s queries via a ticketing system. No phone calls taken!
  • Collaborate with internal teams for project-related requests.
  • Provide assistance to client by forwarding them important and key information from all the issues you handle.

Requirements
  • Excellent Korean Skills (C1-C2)
  • Excellent English skills (C1).
  • Flexibility in terms of shifts and schedule.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic office applications.
  • MS Office and Google suite knowledge would be a perk.
  • View and action on potentially sensible content on an ongoing basis.
  • Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility in terms of shifts and schedule.
  • Strong critical thinking & decision making skills
  • In depth understanding of Korean cultural specificity
  • Moderation experience either professional or hobby a plus
  • Capable of following and executing an auditing plan autonomously
  • Capable of documenting pertinent cultural information
  • Capable of presenting audit results under report format
  • Willing and understanding that a moderator role implies potentially being exposed to foul content. Our Customer Support Agents should be resilient, mature and professional in order to provide the highest possible quality of the support. Bearing in mind specific content that might be considered offensive by some, we ensure that the support for your well-being will be provided.

Desirable
  • Basic Tech experience.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support and/or Moderator/Community management.
